The Circles of Spirit workshops are experiential - using exercises, sharing, brainstorms, games, meditations, groundings, techniques, and light and lively play, to explore spiritual, personal and community growth. They are designed on the road map of getting to know each other, affirmation, communication, cooperation and conflict resolution.
March 3, Part 1, The Circle of Spirit, begins drawing a circle of love by delving into that of good, guide, god(ess), gratitude and growth in and around us.
April 14, Part 2, Holey, Wholly, Holy, explores our humanness and the healing doors that imperfection opens, allowing us to walk into our higher selves.
May 19, Part 3, Communally, We, cooperatively questions our relationship patterns, offering the shared solutions of community grace.
Circles of Spirit facilitator, Pamela Susan Hawkins, is committed to expanding joy, spiritual transformation and the creative living of everyday life. She is an artist, non-violence activist, educator, healer and unabashed cook. Pamela has a 30 year practice as an exhibiting visual, poetic and community making artist. She has taught experimental time arts and ESL, worldwide. She trained to facilitate Alternative to Violence Project (AVP) workshops in Indonesia (2006), and is the current Coordinator of AVP workshops in the Rochester region. Pamela is completing her Reiki Master training this spring. She currently provides Home Care and Aqua Therapy assistance for people with various brain insights for Canadaigua’s Happiness House. These workshops are the integration a herstory of healing and spiritual disciplines, she is enthusiastic to share.
